Join us at Blackwattle on the 20th of July for an all-inclusive event, celebrating wine, food, and music.

Thanks to the collaboration of Blackwattle, Dellarosa wine, and Owen S we are really pleased to announce the first ever made Slovenian  and Czech dinner in Singapore.

We are all very excited to hold an initial tasting with wine introduction, which will follow a paired dinner of 5 courses by Chef Joeri, all accompanied by the warm sounds of our skilled DJ!
For the event we will introduce Movia and Milan Nestarec, two visionary winemakers that are adding enormous value to the global natural wine scene.

Aleš Kristančič, owner of Movia, honed his skills doing a research apprenticeship at Bordeaux’s Château Pétrus and Burgundy’s Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. He retuned back home with an idea of a completely different concept of wine production, enriched with new knowledge of modern winemaking. The Aleš distinctive peculiar winemaking is based on an extraordinarily long maceration in old Slovenian oak with no stirring. No filtration or fining. Aleš idea is to produce incomparable wines in authenticity and unmatched in their purity of expression.

Milan Nestarec, has quickly become the star winemaker of the Czech Republic. His wines display life, vitality, and originality, and have become in a very short time very sought all over the world. Milan studied winemaking with Aleš Kristančič of Movia, where he learned about the delicate art of making skin fermented white wines. Milan makes absolutely authentic wines, true expression of his terroir. We fully love his irreverence in playing with words in his wine labels, mixed with extraordinary fineness and technical precision!
