Natural wine is a term with a bit of controversy around its meaning with a no real definition as well. At Dellarosa wine we define Natural a wine having few prerequisites such as organic or biodynamic viticolture with a minimum of technological intervention.
No additives or processing aids are used, and ‘intervention’ in the naturally occurring fermentation process is kept to a minimum. As such neither fining nor (tight) filtration are used. The result is a living wine from a living soil!
