The Fleur de L’Europe Nature vintage has a yellow colour with golden highlights. Its bubble is very fine, delicate, but intense. On the nose, it’s a very pleasant champagne, fruity and greedy, with brioche aromas, and some notes of cooler chalk that bring a beautiful aromatic complexity.  In the mouth it is very pleasant with its fresh and rich attack, carried by a delicate and pleasant bubble. Aromas of citrus gives sensation of freshness. More mineral notes complete this beautiful aromatic champagne. In the end, it has  salty notes, very pleasant, which come to support the wine and bring a nice length.  92 / 100 Wine Spectator 16.5 / 20 Bettane & Desseauve 17 / 20 Gault & Millau 16 / 20 Jancis Robinson 16 / 20 Revue du Vin de France 92 / 100 Vinous
